If you have spent any time online over the last few years, chances are you have heard the frantic, impossible-sounding piano composition known as “Rush E.” Whether it was featured in a TikTok challenge, a YouTube meme compilation, or a rhythm game, the track has cemented itself as a modern internet icon.
